Erie Plating Company has been pioneering the development of world-class specialty polishing and chrome plating for most of its 83-year history. Our chrome finishes can be found on motorcycles, tour buses, and other recreational vehicles, high-end bathroom and plumbing fixtures, and a variety of other applications. Making aluminum die castings, brass, and steel into beautiful, gleaming, chrome-plated fixtures is one of our passions.

Erie Plating Company works closely with major companies to apply this high-quality chrome surface finishing to various metals while at the same time providing consistently reliable delivery, working as a key member of the manufacturing-finishing supply-chain.

Recently we completed, in team partnership with one of our client companies, a 6,000-part chrome plate and polish project. These bright chrome parts will provide aesthetic and functional enhancements for the recreational boats for which they are destined. This particular job also required additional polishing capacity, bath chemistry controls, and precise plating process consistency, which we accomplished through superb teamwork of our staff, as well as concurrent engineering consulting and first-article trials. To top it off, the job was completed a full week ahead of schedule.
