Erie Plating Company gets Wastewater Treatment Certification

Erie Plating Company's in-house chemists have just completed The Treatment of Metal Wastestreams training and certification course presented by the Ohio Association of Metal Finishers and certified by the US EPA and the Office of Water Programs, California State University, Sacramento. The certification encompasses operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures of metal wastestream treatment systems. It was awarded after attending three courses and achieving a passing grade on three separate exams focusing on the need for treatment, sources of waste water, the methods for treatment, and safety.
